Best fights by organiation

Trying to convince a few people on a website I visit that MMA is infact the way forward, so compiling a list of fights & links to them for them to sample to see if they agree.

Thought I'd post the list here and ask for your favourites to add there as well. Anything in italics means I've thought of it but haven't checked for the video yet (slow day at work today lol) or just can't find it online anywhere.

Enjoy/thanks for the input.

Oh, and I've just stuck to the 'major' ones just now to snare them in. Sure there'll be plenty of videos with great fights from smaller or more obscure orgs as well.

Correct Hugo, I shall add that later. Was just putting them in as they popped to my mind. I think Taylor v Kelly was better than Taylor v Lytle, but they were both immense fights!

Really wish I could find a video for Torres v Mizugaki, searched for ages when I got home last night but just can't find it. Amazing fight.
